Jim Howley

Jim is a 1983 graduate from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Jim spent 22 years working in the consulting industry as a highway design engineer. He has been involved with all aspects of roadway design and construction throughout his career.

Jim joined Tensar International in January 2006 as a Regional Sales Manager where he managed Tensar’s North Central Region, assisting customers with distribution, project design, specifications, agency approvals, and installations. Jim manages sales and marketing efforts of Tensar’s geosynthetic business, which includes TriAx® geogrid and biaxial (BX) geogrid products, as well as GlasGrid® fiberglass interlayer reinforcement products. He is a Registered Engineer.
