Lars Nelson

Lars has worked in the civil engineering field for the past 19 years. He currently is the Senior Regional Manager for Southern California and Hawaii and supports large scale projects throughout the Western United States. He specializes in value engineering design and construction with geogrid for soft subgrade stabilization, flexible and rigid pavement sections, unpaved roads, working surfaces, asphalt rehabilitation, track substructure, and roadbeds.

Lars holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Santa Clara University and is a registered civil engineer in Arizona. He lives in San Diego, CA, with his wife and five children.
