Rich Shelton

Rich graduated from Michigan State University. He began his civil construction career as a General Manager of an erosion control and reclamation contractor based in Arizona and covering the western United States. He then moved to Contech Engineered Solutions as a Mining Market Manager covering the Western U.S. and Canada.

Rich joined Tensar in 2016 as a Regional Sales Manager covering the Great Lakes. He is currently on the Account Based Selling Team for Tensar working directly with owners and large national contractors, focused on providing value to both through Tensar’s value message of life extension, price reduction, or a combination of both.

Rich lives in Michigan with his wife and son and enjoys the outdoors and volunteering in the community.
