Scott Romine

Scott graduated Millersville University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Engineering. He began his professional career with the civil engineering industry. During that time, Scott was directly responsible for meeting clients, contractors, and permitting bodies to design, engineer, and construct civil projects. He was directly involved with the preparation and approval of subdivision, zoning, land development, E&S, construction, and stormwater management plans, as well as the creation and approval of DEP, Conservation District, and DOT permits.

Scott transitioned to a civil sales role with Hilti North America in 2012, where he worked with several of Pennsylvania’s largest energy suppliers and infrastructure construction companies. Tensar was happy to have Scott join the team in 2017. He provides a key role in the advancement and education of our industry. It is Scott’s goal to help owners, engineers, and contractors better understand the modern geosynthetic landscape and how utilizing this technology can bring value to everyone involved.
